Access to the identity of beneficial owners extended to the general public February 2020

        

It is now done! Ordinance No. 2020-115 of 12 February 2020 strengthening the national system for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism has amended article L 561-46 of the Monetary and Financial Code. Information relating to the name, common name, pseudonym, first names, month, year of birth, country of residence and nationality of the beneficial owners, as well as the nature and extent of the beneficial interests 'they hold in the company or entity.
