Eric also has extensive experience in white collar crime involving a wide variety of cases such as deceptive labeling of pharmaceutical products, misappropriation of trade secrets, forgery, misuse of corporate assets, hindrance to the rights of employees' representatives or discrimination.

In addition to high-stakes litigation, Eric also regularly advices and counsels his clients on sensitive internal fraud investigations.
